For my plaid outfit, I got inspired from Jessica Alba's love for plaid tops. I love the way she is wearing her outfits and I thought since I got inspired with some cool styles I will share my inspiration and maybe you will get inspired too :)

Color your Life

I love plaid & I love color. What I like about plaid tops is that you can wear it in many different ways. Those shirts are inexpensive & comfortable. In my picture I had 3 different styles: First I tucked the long shirt into my blue jeans, second I wore the top with some black tights & a grey vest and third I combined it with a jeans skirt. To that you could wear ballarina's, flats, boots or heels. Another plus is that my plaid shirt also has two strings on the side which are perfect to give your body some shape!

A Cold Winter Day

Today I had a lovely morning. I woke up at 6.3o am, took a shower, had a cup of Chai tea, got ready and left for school. It was snowing but not very cold. The snowflakes fell down and everything looked like it was dusted with powdered sugar. It looked so amazing and made my morning. "Its the little things in Life that make you happy!"

Out & About

What keeps me warm in winter, is my adorable Zara jacket. I absolutly love the big hood and the belt that ties around my waist. It's a short dark grey coat, made out of 80 % wool and I find it very easy to match my wardrobe. It doesnt only look chic it's also really warm. Most winter jackets I have just look cute but I totally freeze in them.

Late Night Rambling...

Today was just a normal day nothing special... I have to study a lot for my finals and it has been stressful and exhausting. So I took a break from sitting behind my desk and work on my blog, I felt like it could use some changes. I added some things but I am not completely done yet... it still needs a little something.

Yesterday I got my "clip - in - hair extensions" that I ordered online. I was considering buying hair extensions for a very long time. So I did some research and came across some difficulties: what’s a good brand that I can trust, what is the right color for me, how good is the quality of the hair & clip and how long are they going to last me. Since every company is claiming on their website to have the most beautiful, long, thick and silky hair for the best price ever, it was hard to make up my mind. Well in the end I am pretty happy with what I choose. It’s matching my hair color pretty good. If you have already longer hair like me and you just want thicker hair it is easier to find your color because the extensions will blend in and look like high lights you got at the hair dresser. If you happen to have short hair it should look exactly like your own hair color, so it blends in really good. One tip would be to go to the hair dresser with your extensions and let her know that you want some high lights in the color of your extensions.

What do you think? It is always nice to asked someone else if they can tell a difference.
So far I love them very much. It makes me feel femine and sexy  ^_° ... we will see how I think about them in a couple month.

Love yourself cause you are special

“No one is going to love you if you don’t love yourself.”

Most girls don’t see how beautiful they really are from the inside and out. They try to fit into something that “others” think is right but who said what’s good or bad. Nobody wrote a direction to evaluate what is pretty & beautiful and what is not. Those “others” who judge people about their own style or the way they build is just a sign how unhappy and desperate they are with themselves. I love every person and appreciate little imperfection and see it myself as being unique! Every one of you has something unique what makes you YOU! So love yourself and project that to others and they will love you no matter how you look or how your personality is.

"Le Chignon"

… or how you would call it - an „Up-Do“. There is so many variations of Up-Do’s, you can put it on the side or on top of your head, make it big or small, messy or neat, with a braid or two. You can get so creative and wear it everyday of the week and it could always look different that's why this is my favourite thing to wear right now. If you in a hurry to class you can easily throw it up in a messy bun or if you go out for a nice dinner you make your bun sleek to the side with a little flower or a head band. I tried out some different variations… and the messy bun is a real "time saver" for the mornings I have class.
